还是去年一路人, 一样的路线, 一样的行程, 吃饭和做指甲都在同一家. 变成一年一度的例行公事了.





还是有点变化, 肚子里多了一只6个月的小西瓜.

30号开张, 这么近, 终于有机会去逛逛.SOHO那家店我一次都没去过. >< 就在NY TIMES BUILDING, 上次去的时候还在奇怪里边做得象展厅.

SWISS MUSHROOM SAUCE

我最爱的BURG上面的SWISS MUSHROOM 做法, 今天偶然看到, 记下来以后参考.


Ingredients
1Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
1 Green Giant sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 slices processed swiss cheese (no holes)
4 1/4 lbs hamburger patty
1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Step 1. Mix the first three ingredients together, put on low heat and let simmer.

Step 2. Mix the Accent, Lawry's and pepper together and put in a shaker.

Step 3. Season the patties with this and fry or grill until done-dont press on the patties-you must resist this impulse!

Step 4. Put patty onto a bun, then the swiss, then the sauce and you're done.

今天2，30分我正准备洗衣服，我看见阳台地面剧烈颠簸，摇晃，我神了一下，第一反应是地震了，我立刻跑到门口，感觉房子摇得厉害，我来不及换拖鞋，打开门嗲双鞋就跑出门，铁门也未关，楼梯不停摇晃，感觉是房子要垮了，跑到下面四面都是楼找不到地方躲，看到楼房，电线杆都在摇晃，楼顶砖块朝下掉，太吓人了，当时我们楼上也有人跑下来了，我叫他们和我朝外面跑，躲在马路中间，边跑边觉得楼马上就要踏了一样，跑到路中间看见很多人都跑出来了，地震持续有4——5分钟，个个人惊慌失措。慢慢路上人越来约多，交通都塞了30多分钟后有人手机收到信息才知道四川汶川县7.8级地震，感谢主保了我们平安。
